Wood You Like's Payment Options:

You can choose from 5 payment options (plus Google and Paypal Express Check-out), just select the one you prefer most.
After you've filled your shopping bag with all the items needed/required, click "Open Bag" to view your total shopping.

Selecting Checkout over "Google Checkout" or "Check out with Paypal" (Paypal Express, see below for extra info) will give you the other 5 options (after submitting your address details):

Phone orders: as soon as we receive the automated details of your order we will contact you for your card details (during working hours). Using your Debit Card will entitle you to 2.5% discount on the amount due. (Not applicable in conjunction with other discounts applied.)

Bank transfer: we will email you our bank details for you to make your payment. Opting this method will entitle you to 2.5% discount on the amount due - you'll have to deduct the amount from the total amount due when making the transfer. (Not applicable in conjunction with other discounts applied.)

Personal Cheque: as soon as your cheque is cleared in our bank we will dispatch the materials.

Collect in Store: as soon as we receive the automated details of your order, the added delivery charges will be deducted from your invoice and we will inform you as soon as possible if and when all ordered materials are available for collection from our showroom in Charing. You can pay with card, cash or cheque on the day of collection - Debit Card or cash payments will entitle you to 2.5% discount on the amount due. (Not applicable in conjunction with other discounts applied.)

Paypal: if none of the above methods suit you, you can still opt to pay your order using your Paypal account. Please note that possible delivery charges will not show on Paypal's recap of your order. Clicking "confirm" in Paypal will bring you back to our secure webshop where you will see the delivery charges again AND will have to "Place Your Order" before it is actually processed in Paypal's and our system.

The goods will be delivered in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on delivery. Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you.

We deliver your order right after your payment is cleared.
We will notify you be email or telephone to inform you of the estimated delivery day. Although we always try to deliver within 3 - 5 working days, some products might take longer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PLEASE NOTE, that if you require any special instructions advising the carrier to be able to make a satisfactory single delivery, without the need for returning the goods to the yard, because you may be out, or at work, please make these arrangements with us at the time of ordering. To help in this matter, the delivery can be scheduled for an AM. or PM. delivery, or on a next day or a specific working day, however, these scheduled times will add a further £35 per consignment onto your total carriage charge. If the goods have to be returned back to you from the delivery yard, i.e. making a second delivery albeit the consignment had been delivered as arranged, an extra charge may be made for this double handling. It will also be assumed, that unless advised accordingly, the delivery address is fully accessible by lorry, if not, please inform us of the problem at the time of ordering. Deliveries into London and major cities can be restrictive for making deliveries, and any information concerning the possible difficulties of delivery should be noted with us, for the carrier to make other arrangements to complete your satisfactory consignment.
The more handling of the product can cause possible damage to your goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are to the kerbside only. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods into their premises. Some items can be heavy so please ensure that you have adequate assistance.
In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 21days of the date of delivery (or where you have requested a delayed despatch within 21 days of the requested despatch date), you must notify us immediately.

AVAILABILITY
If the product ordered has been discontinued or out of stock availability to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days or in the case of an account customer, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.

Wood You Like's Guarantees on products and service and Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with the manufacturers guarantee.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question less any restocking fees. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out on the order confirmation. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation, you must return the goods to us (or any other address we inform you of) at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.(Although both we and our manufacturers always use as large as possible high resolution pictures to give you the best resemblance with the natural products; screen resolutions - like print and paper quality - can show differences between the real product and the picture. Wood You Like Ltd prefers you visit our showroom where we can show you most of the designs and colour in 'real life' and can therefore not be held responsible when the ordered product seemingly differs in colour with the pictures shown onany of our web pages).

A credit of 70% of the purchase price can be given on all goods returned to us, which prove to be non-defective.

Wood You Like's Other Terms & Conditions

Reproduction in whole, or in part, is strictly prohibited without written permission. Quantities and measurements are approximate. Trademarks acknowledged. Exact products may vary from that shown. All products are subject to availability. Goods are not sold on any trial basis.

Wood You Like Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
