On every page you will see a little "button" on the left hand side of your browser: Ask Us and for your convenience it scrolls down and up with you.

If you have a question on your mind and the various search boxes dotted around our website haven't brought you to a section or page to find the answer you were hoping for, simply click on the Ask Us button.

How can we help you?

 

A pop-up window will appear. Submit your question and we will search our "Recently Asked" database first for your.

If none of the articles there doesn't "fit the bill" for you, the found results window has another button at the bottom of the pop-up window: "None of these are helpful - get in touch".

A new screen (again pop-up) will appear for you to ask your own question and fill in some other details. In order for us to answer your question as best and detailed as possible, please submit enough details.

 

If this is the first time you use this method to ask us a question, you need to confirm your email address. A confirmation email will be send to the email address submitted, click the link in there. Only then will we receive your question.
