Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our webshop pages, find the wood accessories you need on-line, add all items to your cart and proceed to check-out. You will be redirected to the secure payment processing server at Paypal.
Delivery charge (Postage & Packaging) The total delivery charge will be calculated per total order and is based on the following amounts:

For your and our security we only accept payments made through the secure payment processing server at Paypal. Details and payment instructions will be send to when you accept our quotation
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
For products not available to buy online (yet) email us your wishes and we will source the products you need.
AVAILABILITY
If the product ordered has been discontinued or out of stock availability to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days or in the case of an account customer, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.
Shipping And Handling The goods will be delivered in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on delivery. Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you.
PLEASE NOTE, that if you require any special instructions advising the carrier to be able to make a satisfactory single delivery, without the need for returning the goods to the yard, because you may be out, or at work, please make these arrangements with us at the time of ordering. To help in this matter, the delivery can be scheduled for an AM. or PM. delivery, or on a next day or a specific working day, however, these scheduled times will add a further £35 per consignment onto your total carriage charge. If the goods have to be returned back to you from the delivery yard, i.e. making a second delivery albeit the consignment had been delivered as arranged, an extra charge may be made for this double handling. Deliveries into London and major cities can be restrictive for making deliveries, and any information concerning the possible difficulties of delivery should be noted with us, for the carrier to make other arrangements to complete your satisfactory consignment.
The more handling of the product can cause possible damage to your goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are to the front door only. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods into their premises. Some items can be heavy so please ensure that you have adequate assistance.
In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 21 days of the date of delivery (or where you have requested a delayed despatch within 21 days of the requested despatch date), you must notify us immediately.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right after your payment is cleared.
We will notify you be email or telelphone to inform you of the estimated delivery day. Although we always try to deliver within 2 - 5 working days, some products might take longer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices are excluding VAT at 17.5%, unless notified as included in the Wood-You-Like Website or literature sent by Wood You Like Ltd. The total amount due on VAT will show on your check-out page and is the total VAT due on the order.
Credit Card Security Our ordering system uses the secure payment processing server at Paypal, no credit card details are held on our website/system.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with the manufacturers guarantee.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question less any restocking fees. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy Wood You Like Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out on the order confirmation. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us (or any other address we inform you of) at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
(Although both we and our manufacturers always use as large as possible high resolution pictures to give you the best resemblance with the natural products; screen resolutions - like print and paper quality - can show differences between the real product and the picture. Wood You Like Ltd prefers you visit our showroom where we can show you most of the designs and colour in 'real life' and can therefore not be held responsible when the ordered product seemingly differs in colour with the pictures shown on any of our web pages).
A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be charged on all goods returned to us, which prove to be non-defective.
